Heather’s passion is empowering and delivering positive change with individuals and organisations. A career spanning almost 30 years within the NHS as a clinician and leader combined with a Masters in the Management of Innovation and Change and extensive coaching and OD practice, has resulted in a rare combination of deep and broad knowledge of the NHS and commissioning and expertise in making transformational change happen. Heather has combined clinical practice and strategic leadership in the NHS with independent work with clients in the health, local government and education sectors for the past 8 years as a director of Connect Oxford. Heather is an experienced and qualified coach who has worked with a full range of clients from Board level executives to new line managers.

Anne-Marie Scott, FCIPD
Anne-Marie brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Transformation across the public, private and third sector. She has worked with numerous organisations ranging in size from 15 to 8000 employees both as a member of senior teams and on specific projects to deliver services reflecting contemporary best practice. Bringing extensive experience of coaching and training, consultation, negotiation and achieving major structural, contractual and cultural change Anne-Marie quickly builds effective relationships and specialises in the creation of innovative service delivery models and sustainable change. Anne-Marie is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and registered practitioner in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). She is also qualified in a range of psychometric tools including MBTI steps 1 and 2 and Colour Personality Profiling.
