Organisation Development Case Study

Working with a large Borough Council our team completed the delivery of a complex project which had reached an impasse between management and the trade unions. Crucial to the success of this piece of work was our ability to work collaboratively with a large group of stakeholders including local and national trade union representatives and Politicians with diverse views and objectives. The project delivered a new framework which allowed for flexibility and created transparency for staff whilst focussing on the behaviours that are crucial for achieving sustainable change. The project set the scene for further work to embed strategic workforce planning and talent management.
